Cancellation Policy

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, leading to the need for lesson cancellations or event withdrawals. 



Cancellations for any registered program must be requested at least one week before the first day of the session to qualify for an eligible refund. Requests made within the 1-week period or during the session will only be considered under extenuating circumstances. 



If the program has already started and you decide to withdraw from the remaining classes, no refund will be issued except in extenuating circumstances. 



Summer Camps: Cancellations for any registered camp must be requested at least one week before the first day of the camp to be eligible for a refund. All refunds will be subject to a $35.00 cancellation fee.  Individual camp days missed for any reason cannot be refunded or credited.

Memberships: Membership fees are non-refundable. However, if within 10 days of joining, a member changes their mind and wishes to cancel their membership, all paid funds will be refunded, minus a $25 administration fee per membership. If there are extenuating circumstances after the 10-day grace period, then a pro-rated credit towards the following year's membership will be considered.
