A Message From Our Head Coach

Dear MTC Members,

As our outdoor season comes to a close, I want to take a moment to thank each of you for being part of the Markham Tennis Club community this year. It’s been another fantastic season filled with great tennis, fun events, and the energy that makes our club so special.

We are especially proud of the accomplishments of our junior players, who won numerous OTA events this year and are now competing with the goal of qualifying for Nationals next season. It’s exciting to see the next generation of athletes representing our club so well.

It was also wonderful to see so much enthusiasm around our Club Championships. The strong turnout reflects the passion and commitment of our members. Beyond competition, we’ve loved seeing members enjoy doubles play through our live ball sessions and Wednesday Night Round Robin, which continue to be some of our most popular programs.

A special thank you goes to our volunteers, staff, and board members whose efforts behind the scenes helped make everything run smoothly. On behalf of the entire coaching team, thank you again for making this season such a success. We look forward to welcoming you back next year for another great season of tennis.
